Een andere naam, maar dezelfde inhoud. Op 7 september opende de 007 Action Vienna tentoonstelling in Wenen. Eerder verscheen deze onder de naam Bond In Motion in verschillende landen.
De VIP-opening van de show was op 4 september met als speciale gasten actrice Maryam d’Abo (The Living Daylights) en Caterina Murino (Casino Royale), special effects supervisor Chris Corbould OBE, stuntcoördinator Lee Morrison en EON Productions archivaris Meg Simmonds. d’Abo vond het bijzonder om terug te zijn in de stad waar een deel van de film The Living Daylights werd opgenomen: “Het is geweldig om terug te zijn in Wenen waar we The Living Daylights hebben opgenomen en om te zien hoe de erfenis van Bond een nieuw publiek blijft boeien.”
007 Action Vienna is een fascinerende en officiële James Bond-tentoonstelling die bezoekers uitnodigt om de spannende wereld van de beroemdste geheim agent uit de filmgeschiedenis te ervaren. Deze speciale collectie toont iconische voertuigen, gadgets en horloges in een ruimte van 3.400 m2 in het METAstadt Convention Centre in Wenen. De tentoonstelling is dezelfde als die eerder te zien was in Brussel en Praag, maar toen onder de naam Bond In Motion. In de nieuwe tentoonstelling is de motor uit No Time To Die vervangen door een andere motor uit de film en is de Lotus Esprit Turbo te zien met ski’s uit For Your Eyes Only.
Het is nog niet bekend tot wanneer 007 Action Vienna te zien zal zijn. De tentoonstelling is dagelijks geopend van 10.00 tot 20.00 uur en in het weekend tot 21.00 uur. Net als bij eerdere edities is er een bar voor hapjes en drankjes.

The VIP opening of the show was on 4 September with special guests actress Maryam d’Abo (The Living Daylights) and Caterina Murino (Casino Royale), special effects supervisor Chris Corbould OBE, stunt coordinator Lee Morrison and EON Productions archivist Meg Simmonds as special guests. d’Abo thought it was special to be back in the city where part of the film The Living Daylights was shot: “It’s wonderful to be back in Vienna where we filmed The Living Daylights and see how the legacy of Bond continues to captivate new audiences“.
007 Action Vienna is a fascinating and official James Bond exhibition that invites visitors to experience the exciting world of the most famous secret agent in film history. This special collection showcases iconic vehicles, gadgets and watches in a 3,400 m2 space at the METAstadt Convention Centre in Vienna. The exhibition is the same as those previously on show in Brussels and Prague, but then under the name Bond In Motion. In the new exhibition, the engine from No Time To Die has been replaced by another engine from the film and the Lotus Esprit Turbo is shown with skis from For Your Eyes Only.
It is not yet known when the exhibition will be on display in Vienna. The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 8pm and until 9pm on weekends. As in previous editions, there will be a bar for appetizers and drinks.
