In de Zwitserse plaats Andermatt is vanaf heden een tentoonstelling over de achtervolging tussen James Bond en Auric Goldfinger in de Zwitserse Alpen.
Dit jaar is het 60 jaar geleden dat de kaskraker Goldfinger in de bioscopen verscheen. In het Zwitserse hotel The Chedi is daarom een unieke tentoonstelling te zien met als titel James Bond – On the tracks of Goldfinger. Het is niet zomaar dat de tentoonstelling hier te zien is. Op de wegen rondom Andermatt werd de achtervolging tussen James Bond en Auric Goldfinger opgenomen.
De tentoonstelling bestaat uit een unieke verzameling van foto’s, waarvan vele nog nooit eerder zijn getoond. Maar ook originele documenten, brieven en kledingstukken zijn onderdeel hiervan. Speciaal voor deze tentoonstelling is het BP station uit de film nagebouwd.

An exhibition on the chase between James Bond and Auric Goldfinger in the Swiss Alps is from today in the Swiss town of Andermatt.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of the release of the blockbuster Goldfinger in cinemas. Therefore, a unique exhibition entitled James Bond – On the tracks of Goldfinger is on display at the Swiss hotel The Chedi. It is no coincidence that the exhibition is here: on the roads around Andermatt, the chase between James Bond and Auric Goldfinger was filmed.
The exhibition consists of a unique collection of photographs, many of which have never been shown before, original documents, letters and items of clothing. The BP station from the film has been recreated especially for this exhibition.
