Bulk en geremixt door Chris Malone van digitale transfers in hoge resolutie van 2′ tapes geleverd door MGM. Geremasterd door Doug Schwartz laat deze 2-CD uitgave, gelimiteerd tot 5.000 exemplaren, de muziek van The Man With The Golden Gun op spannende en uitgebreide manieren horen. Op schijf 1 wordt de partituur in chronologische volgorde gepresenteerd en is muziek opgenomen die nooit eerder beschikbaar was. Dit wordt gevolgd door extra muziek, waaronder bronmuziek opgenomen voor de film en de demo take van de titelsong. Disc 2 presenteert het originele soundtrackalbum uit 1974, nieuw samengesteld voor deze release. De nieuwe, exclusieve liner notes zijn van journalist en auteur Jon Burlingame en het art design is van Dan Goldwasser.

In honour of the 50th anniversary of The Man With The Golden Gun, soundtrack publisher La-La Land Records is releasing a remastered and expanded soundtrack of the film.
While last months dominated the 60th anniversary of Goldfinger, La-La Land Records did not forget the anniversary of The Man With The Golden Gun. Produced by Neil S. Bulk and remixed by Chris Malone from high-resolution digital transfers from 2′ tapes supplied by MGM. Remastered by Doug Schwartz, this 2-CD release, limited to 5,000 copies, showcases the music of The Man With The Golden Gun in exciting and expansive ways. Disc 1 presents the score in chronological order and includes music never before available. This is followed by additional music, including source music recorded for the film and the demo take of the title song. Disc 2 presents the original 1974 soundtrack album, newly compiled for this release. The new, exclusive liner notes are by journalist and author Jon Burlingame and the art design is by Dan Goldwasser.
